I work with senior leaders and individuals navigating growth, complexity, and big life transitions.

 

My belief is simple: true leadership starts with leading yourself. Sustainable performance, in work and in life, is only possible when it's built on clarity and self-awareness.

 

I know this from personal experience. There was a point where, on paper, everything looked fine but I'd lost sight of who I was. Coaching and NLP helped me rediscover my path and now I help others do the same. I combine mindset work with strategic action, challenging and championing you to design a life and career that feel not just successful, but genuinely great to live.

Supporting small businesses is also close to my heart. Growing up in a family of business owners, I understand the realities of running a company -  both the challenges and the joys. With over a decade of experience across both private and public sector organisations, including senior leadership roles in Local Government, I've seen first-hand what makes businesses truly thrive: great people, strong vision and values, and a culture that genuinely supports growth.
